What will it cost to have my purchase(s) delivered?
If the freight option is displayed on the actual product page, then simply select your capital city for instant freight quites. Otherwise, if there is no freight option listed on the product of your choice, one of our customer representatives will contact you regarding a specific quote for freight to your location. Please proceed to purchase the product online as an email will be sent to you regarding a quote of freight costs. If accepted, we will then process the order and payment from that point onwards. What happens if I receive my goods damaged upon delivery?
All goods are insured by Digital Centre and are included at no extra charge. This is only applicable if the freight was arranged by Digital Centre and not picked up by the customers own courier company.

Depending on your location and which product you purchase, this can vary. Most orders (if paid in full at time of purchase) can expect delivery or in-store pick up up to 12 business days. If there are any special orders, delays, customised products or delivery to remote locations, this can vary time of delivery and we will contact you directly for approximate delivery times.

Why is Digital Centre asking me to fill in an AML form for my credit card payment?
Any credit card payments above $1000 AU will require identification check via your local Australia Post Office. This process does not cost you anything, but is in place to reduce fraudulent transactions and to protect you, the consumer. A form is emailed to you with the order which you need only to present at any post office with your relevant Identification (i.e. Drivers license, eftpos card etc). What is Digital Centre Pricing Policy?
All prices quoted on www.digitalcentre.com.au are accurate at time of updating products on our site. Digital Centre reserves the right to change pricing on our site at anytime without prior notice. All product prices at the time of the purchase transaction online will not be subject to change to reflect any new pricing that may occur after the purchase of the exact same product even if the product has been received or is in transit to the customer to be delivered.
Is Digital Centre payment process secure?
Yes it is. We use 128 bit security on our website to reduce the chance of fraud. All credit card payment details supplied online are encrypted for your security once the actual purchase has been completed to further increase security for our customers.

What do Manufacturer Warranties cover?
All manufacturer warranties differ from brand to brand. Please see detailed warranty conditions relative to your product of interest on the manufacturers' website. Most manufactures offer a DOA (dead on arrival) period where the product you have purchased seizes to function under normal working conditions and within 14 days of purchase (please see exact days applicable as per manufacturers return conditions). If it is a DOA, then a replacement unit will be sent to you at no extra charge by Digital Centre. We will require the return of the faulty DOA unit to Digital Centre at the customers cost with all complete packaging, remote, cables, paperwork etc that came with the unit originally prior to a replacement product being shipped. This will then be inspected by Digital Centre, if approved, a replacement unit will be sent to you promptly at Digital Centre's cost. All other warranty problems after the DOA period will be handled directly by the manufacturer/supplier of the product.
What is the Digital Centre Return Policy?
Any products received damaged upon delivery, the customer must specify on the delivery docket that the item was received damaged. Digital Centre must be notified of the damaged goods by the next business day by the customer in writing via email or fax detailing the damage and condition of the unit received.
Are all Digital Centre products from Australia or are they from overseas?
All products supplied from Digital Centre are from Australia only. All products supplied by Digital Centre are brand new unless otherwise specified (such as demonstration model). All products supplied are accompanied with an Australian warranty. No products are imported by Digital Centre from overseas suppliers and are all supplied by local manufactures/distributors or agents in Australia only.
When is Digital Centre open?
Digital Centre retail store is open 6 days a week from Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm. Digital Centre strives to answer all inquires both online and over the phone as well and still take calls after hours and on Sundays.
Over the phone payment plans, how long does it take to apply?
Over the phone applications for promotions such as “5 years to pay” promotions or similar usually take 7-12mins with a decision usually supplied instantly at the end of the application process. If approved, you will then be mailed the appropriate paperwork to your address via express post. Once received, you will need to read and sign the relative paperwork. Then all you need to do is go to your local post office where your I.D will be sighted by a representative to verify your identity. Digital Centre will then receive the final and signed paperwork via express post from you where we can then ship out your purchase to you promptly.
Cancellations:
All orders placed and processed with Digital Centre is a commitment by the customer (you) for the specific products ordered. Digital Centre commits all orders on behalf of the customer to be supplied. All cancellations after the order being placed with Digital Centre will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the original product amount. No cancellation fees are applicable if the product(s) ordered become out of stock, hence can not be supplied.
Refunds:
All refunds must be applied for in writing via email at sales@digitalcentre.com.au. Once approved this process will take up to 7 working days for monies to be fully refunded to the customer via the same payment method the customer used to pay for their original purchase i.e. Visa, Direct Deposit etc.
